I'm Michael Mullings, an operational transformation leader based in Toronto and London.

 

I started out running digital projects. Over time I realised the work that mattered most wasn't managing tasks, it was redesigning the systems those tasks moved through. The governance, the accountability structures, the way teams collaborated, the way work got prioritised and validated before anyone wrote a line of code or spent a pound of budget.

 

That shift from project execution to operating model design is what Mullings Management is built on.

 

 

WHAT I DO

I work at system level.

That means redesigning governance frameworks, clarifying accountability, restructuring workflows, aligning capacity with revenue targets, and embedding performance visibility into day-to-day operations.

 

The outcome is not more process. It is improved throughput, stronger forecasting confidence, and scalable delivery performance.

 

I created the Change From The Inside™ Method, a structured framework for delivery transformation that examines People, Process, and Culture as a connected system. Most organisations address one or two of these dimensions in isolation. A new process without cultural buy-in. A restructure without fixing how work actually flows. I address all three together — because that’s the only way change sticks.
